About Me

Carmen is a Clinical Social Worker who treats children, adolescents and adults. He practices in midtown Manhattan and Toms River New Jersey. In addition providing clinical supervision to candidates specializing in child therapies.

Carmen directed his career to patient care serving over thirty years as senior clinical social worker and educator at a major medical center. He currently works with a broad spectrum of clients providing: parental counseling, individual ,group, play therapy, family, cognitive therapies and teletherapy. He assists young adults through college and career. Helps parents and children overcome the effect of separation and divorce. Of late, he has been addressing the treatment needs of the performing arts.

In addition, Carmen lectures for professional schools and organizations on "Resilience in Children" and "Complexity of Child Therapy".
